\u00e9 intervir, em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de crise, junto de toxicodependentes e seus familiares, desenvolver redes comunit\u00e1rias, apoiar jovens em risco, promover ac\u00e7\u00f5es de informa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito da preven\u00e7\u00e3o prim\u00e1ria, secund\u00e1ria e terci\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com a equipa que trabalha em Faro, pretende-se:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Identificar e localizar os jovens em risco, toxicodependentes e sem abrigo;<\/p>\n<p>-Caracterizar as necessidades\/problemas da popula\u00e7\u00e3o alvo e encaminh\u00e1-los para estruturas de apoio;<\/p>\n<p>-Prestar apoio ao toxicodependente e popula\u00e7\u00e3o desfavorecida\u00a0 numa perspectiva de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de riscos;<\/p>\n<p>-Sensibilizar as fam\u00edlias e a comunidade local para o apoio e ajuda ao toxicodependente e popula\u00e7\u00e3o desfavorecida sinalizada no seu tratamento e reinser\u00e7\u00e3o social;<\/p>\n<p>-Mobilizar as entidades locais para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos problemas\/necessidades identificadas;<\/p>\n<p>-Estabelecer parcerias com institui\u00e7\u00f5es ou servi\u00e7os que possam representar um recurso para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o desfavorecida;<\/p>\n<p>-Promover a integra\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3cio-profissional da popula\u00e7\u00e3o alvo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tendo como actividades:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Fornecer informa\u00e7\u00e3o que conduza a mudan\u00e7as de atitudes e comportamentos;<\/p>\n<p>-Atendimento a situa\u00e7\u00f5es de car\u00e1cter urgente encaminhando-os para os servi\u00e7os adequados \u00e0 situa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p>-Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do projecto junto das entidades locais;<\/p>\n<p>-Levantamento das estruturas locais de apoio existentes e a criar;<\/p>\n<p>-Recolha e elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de material informativo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fazendo uso das seguintes metodologias:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Abordagem espor\u00e1dica;<\/p>\n<p>-Abordagem informativa;<\/p>\n<p>-Abordagem continuada;<\/p>\n<p>-Abordagem familiar;<\/p>\n<p>-Abordagem de urg\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p>-Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e
